Deletes a taxonomy. This operation will also delete all policy tags in this taxonomy along with their associated policies.

Path parameters

Parameters
name	string Required. Resource name of the taxonomy to be deleted. All policy tags in this taxonomy will also be deleted. It takes the form projects/{project}/locations/{location}/taxonomies/{taxonomies}. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name: datacatalog.taxonomies.delete

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body is empty.
