Deploys a model. If a model is already deployed, deploying it has no effect. A model can only serve prediction requests after it gets deployed. For article suggestion, custom model will not be used unless it is deployed.

This method is a long-running operation. The returned Operation type has the following method-specific fields:

• metadata: DeployConversationModelOperationMetadata
• response: An Empty message

Where {endpoint} is one of the supported service endpoints.

The URLs use gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
name	string Required. The conversation model to deploy. Format: projects/<Project ID>/conversationModels/<Conversation Model ID> Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name: dialogflow.conversationModels.deploy

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dialogflow
