Kinds Foo and Bar only in the default namespace: kinds=['Foo', 'Bar'], namespace_ids=['']
Kinds Foo and Bar in both the default and Baz namespaces: kinds=['Foo', 'Bar'], namespace_ids=['', 'Baz']
The entire Baz namespace: kinds=[], namespace_ids=['Baz']
